Animations are wrong on android
Animations are wrong in some devices like HuaWei XiaoMi.
They are frame skipping and not smooth.
How can I fix it?
Please specify what Spine Editor version you use. Please also let us know which game engine and Spine Runtime you use.

I assume you use the C++ spine-cocos2dx runtime and not the JavaScript runtime the cocos2d-x team ships? Can you create an example project with one of your spine animations that shows the problem? There are many different things that could be responsible, from Android battery saving features, to the GPU not being good enough, to your skeletons being to complex (lots of meshes and vertices) etc.
Yes, we are using the c++ runtime. It must be system's problem.
This problem was appeared when I upgraded android system.
We can send you a spine project that you can test it on XiaoMi or HuaWei phones.
