re-installing spine on a formated Mac

Hi, I have a question about the professional Spine license. If I have installed Spine on my Mac, then I format de HD to install a new Mac OS and then I re-install Spine, it counts as I installed it on another machine?

If you log out your Spine install first it will not count against it. You can do this under settings. Also keep in mind that if any problems occur we can clear installs for you.
