I thought some of you would like to know my game engine, Ignifuga, has beta support for Spine, via the CPP runtime.
The integration is based on SDL2, using a custom SDL_RenderGeometry function that's yet to be accepted on the official repository.

Finally, the custom version of SDL2 which can render the geometry generated by Spine is at https://bitbucket.org/gabomdq/sdl-1.3-experimental
There are some rendering glitches here and there, but overall it works great. Any feedback is appreciated.
