Upgrade .skel file or Downgrade Spine

I'm new to Spine software and i wanted to open a .skel filE, but I got this error:
ERROR: Error importing skeleton data file: C:\Users(redacted)\Downloads\Fox.skel
Binary version: 3.8.99
Spine version: 4.1.20
The Spine version must be the same version that exported the data file.
The Spine Trial always runs the latest version of Spine. Spine Essential and Spine Professional can run any older Spine version.

You need to use 3.8.99 to import data that was exported with 3.8.99. The trial is always the latest version, but the full version of Spine can run any older version. Note if the data has Professional features, then Essential won't be able to import those features.
