Newbie issue with Photoshop script

I am very new to Spine and I have given the Photoshop script layertopng a try.

Despite following the relatively simple steps I get the following issue

Loading Image

This was after I pointed to the image folder and imported the data i.e. JSON file.

Any ideas what I have done wrong?

Delete the empty skeleton called "skeleton".
Select the skeleton called "Skipping"
Point Skipping's image node to the correct image folder.

You can avoid this problem by keeping the project file with the same folder as the image files though.
