I can understand that. Thank you for your reply.
Spine crash on start-up
Hi,
I have a similar problem after switching to Mac from Windows (where I never had any problems). Spine works fine for a few days, then start crashing at start-up. The only fix that works is to delete all Spine related files from Application Support folder and reinstall the program.
Here's the log:

Sorry you are having trouble! The pixmap messages in the log shouldn't occur and we'll look into them, but they don't show a crash. Can you check your spine.log
file after a crash, before running Spine again? That might give us more clues.
I checked before running Spine again and the log is identical. Is there any other place I can check to get additional crash details?

Hi,
it took a while this time, but it crashed again. Here's the more detailed log:

Hi,
The crash situation has gotten worse lately, to the point that it's borderline impossible to use Spine because it crashes so often. Unfortunately, I can't share more meaningful logs, they are the same as the ones I posted earlier.
If it's any help, crashes seem connected to changing the screen resolution - they seem to get worse when I plug or unplug the external monitor.
Any help would be appreciated.
Does the OS detect the crash occurred and ask you if you want to send a crash report? If that occurs, could you share with us that crash report?

That could be an interesting information. Is the crash happens during Spine usage right after you plugged/unpluged the external monitor or changed resolution?
Or it just crashes at start up as you mentioned in the past?
I'm using my laptop at work and home and I always plug in the monitor before opening Spine. Whenever I switch the monitor (prior to opening Spine), Spine starts crashing on start up and it doesn't stop until I delete settings and cache.
Can you please give me an email address where I can send the OS crash report to?
Thanks for the additional information.
You can send the crash report at contact@esotericsoftware.com.
